The second issue of Tongues rounds out the primary cast with the introduction of a handsome, malevolent young swan. It also features a bit of backstory for our orphaned protagonist Astrid, including some violent and peculiar visions about her near future; and the ever-hapless Teddy Roosevelt falls further into his own strange troubles. And Prometheus and the Eagle play chess.
