DIP Issue 1

This (first) issue features a series of collage works by Andrew Max FT. Wraparound collages on cover and endpages. 80lb uncoated pages, 100lb cover. Edition of 100 copies.

The collages are made of comic books, found work paper + spraypaint, SIGNO pens, adhesive stickers, blue tape, and permanent marker. Influenced by the inner kinetics of comic book backgrounds, bubbles, stray advertisement typography, panel movement + design, and the paper and inks themselves, these works oscillate between 2 and 3-dimensions to form a textured, miniature world, catapulting from the logic of sequential comic art.

DIP will continue as a showcase zine/comic for an assortment of works by Andrew Max FT and any future collaborators. Issue 2 coming soon.
